I would quickly share a profound truth with you, As a man thinketh so is HE,its my guess that you have heard this statement over and over again,but the truth is if i tell you something you have probably not heard somewhere its either i am lying or you have not been reading or listening to wise people.
You are a sum total of your thoughts,you are were you are today because of your thought patters so far,the truth is there is a direct link between your thoughts and you physical reality,havent you discover that when your thoughts are positive you feel good about yourself and on the other side when your thoughts are negative you feel irritated about the slightest thing but because we havent understand the full extent of this truth we say its our mood.
